Liese Blaune Creamy Foam Color😍

That day my engagement Manager Jas, told me ‘Liese’ would like to engage me for their new product… she haven’t finished, I told her I can’t ah….. : ( So sorry… My time cannot… 

Super busy the upcoming weeks due to upcoming expansion projects of several different businesses under the group I am working in now. Great diversity in terms of manpower activities mostly on recruitments. 

Apart from the day to day HR activities, payroll for all entities, am also writing the HR processes manual (SOPs) for my department. Nobody ask me to do the extra (HR processes manual)😂. 

The challenging and rewarding part of a HR role is not about juggling with only day to day HR related matters, but also to see the entire function in an overview perspectives. We should be seeing ourselves as the owner, partner to the business instead of just an employee. People goes but system stays.😊

We partner the business by not only limited to the logistics in HR function. We also contributes in many other areas for example, branding is one of them. Oh never mind. I’ll share more of these another day. : )

Anyway, conclusion is, I have been and will be even busier in the upcoming months.

Back to Jas. When she heard me saying I can’t due to my time she was disappointed. She, "Hun…. But client say want you cos you very cute….😳😳😳😄😁 This Jas, sometimes she is funny.😁

BUT give me more of the products. Black and dark brown and brown and bronze and gold and red. Zhong zhi just give me more!” Because my papa, my mama, my husband and…. myself *shy…* But need……

Jas my beloved friend cum Manager told me OKIE! Then immediately came back say “Yes!” “Client say SURE! They love you!” “HAHAHAHAHA!” She is of match to me in terms of 'Erxin-ness' (gross) this girl. I love her so much that I wanna beat her at times. 😂😂😂

Doo. These… So happy and look forward but also feeling scare.......😳 Cos engagement this time requires me to appear in a video on the whole process!😵 This is what freaks me out lah….😔 I have never do video engagement before… And I still looks so fat… Photos can PS a bit…. Video cannot edit..😄 I rejected the video initially.. Then again I thought why not just do it? Let people laugh also is fine. 😂

So asked Teng if she can help me. Cos I don’t know how to do it but I would love to do this and will give my best.😤

Didn’t tell her what help at first. And never will she expect what is awaiting her. LOLS. FHL. 😂😂😂 

Actually is am too shy cos my first time do video engagement.😳 So kinda more comfortable with her beside me. And she can dye my hair for me, video me, help me take photos and PS the photos for me.😊 Best is she can shampoo and massage my head after dye too. I don’t mind. But she say NO WAY. Lols😂. Only help me to dye and take video. The rest I do them myself. KNS. Selfish, jealous.😏😄

`Before the products came, asked Teng if she heard of this new product. She told me no cos she don’t have grey hair.😴😕 Moreover she thinks the foam one is so good and totally works fine for her.😴😕

She is a #TeamFoam fan. Told her I really need something power enough to cover my grey root…😒😓 And must be able to last for a long time... 

Nobody will understand my feeling on having grey hair, only for people who have the same problem…..

TIME TO COVER MY UGLY GREY HAIR! 

See so easy to apply the foam on the head! BUT Whole time I was abused by her. Cos she hit my head, don’t get me drinks, pull my hair… 

No lah… This pull hair I ownself add one. Lols! 😂😂😂 

She grumbled so much as she dye my hair😏. Feeling sour about having to help me to do so many things but not paid a cent.😂😁

Hahaha! She say “Bao Ying ah. Bao ying ah!”(Karma, Karma….) 

I asked her why. She say cos years ago she used Niau Niau as model but not paying her a single cent. And Niau Niau was so happy with just free hair dye! WHAHAHAHAHA!!!😂😂😂 She begged me not to tell Niau Niau.😁😁😁 Nah. Inspirational Writer don’t tell on someone?! Cos we are used to ‘TAG’ someone.😏 Niau Niau you go find her.😏😁

Her expression when I was telling her 
“Aiyo… I at first reject this one cos I very busy lah… ooh. You mean they never ask you to be the female lead for this product?😥 But I thought you my senior?” Wah…. Her face all BLACK. Hahahaha!😂

SHIT. Then she said something back to me made me pissed. But I don’t want to say what she said.😄😆 Very paiseh one.😁

About 5 mins, she told me, "Wah sijie this is amazing! It became thicker and thicker as she massage!"😊 The foam actually turns into cream and like become thicker and thicker!😍

Maybe that’s why the cream become thicker and that effectively wraps the hair strands more firmly! I CANT WAIT TO SEE THE RESULTS! THE FOAM REALLY 4 TIMES BETTER LA!😍
